JOB SUMMARY

Department/Business Unit: Alternative Energy Solutions
Functional Level: Supervisor
Reporting to: Business Unit Head

Responsible for preparation of proposal, presentations and other documents related with all AES solutions pertaining to sales and marketing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for aggressively growing profitable sales of Aim Technologies products (AC Gensets, Hybrid Gensets, Renewable Energy, Automatic transfer switches, batteries, among others)
• Lead sales activities with a primary focus on the following market segments: telecommunication, data centers, hospitals, and utilities, industrial and other key accounts as determined.
• Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and future course of action profitable to AES Business Unit
• Map potential customers and generate leads for the Business Unit
• Business promotion. Promotes and market AES business and solutions popular among the client.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Maintains and improve relationships with the client
• Submits regularly required sales matrix and maintain necessary sales data and records

Other Responsibilities
• Exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential personnel issues and employee situations;
• Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and others;
• Perform responsibilities in a manner that clearly shows effective communication and cooperation that promotes exchange of information, respect, high ethical standards, and professionalism;
• Contribute effectively to the accomplishment of the objectives, targets, programs, and activities of the Unit or Department;
• Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct;
• Follow, contribute, and promote all occupational safety rules and procedures;
• Participates in continuous learning programs such as attending trainings and seminars relevant to the position and to the Unit or Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & BACKGROUND)
• BS ECE, EE, ME College Graduate
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales/Account Manager or Sales/Account Executive
• Must be knowledgeable in industry power products (generators, controllers, ATS, paralleling, switchgear, custom enclosures etc.), pertinent codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, UL, IBC, etc.) and overall on-site power system design and integration
• Understands sales performances metrics

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Not less than 5 years of experience in Generators and/or Renewable Energy, Systems Development, System Design
• Ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven; excellent relationship management skills, team player; innovative; a genuine interest in technology; excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and a determined business hunter
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (if applicable)
• ECE/EE/ME License
