Full-Time Admin Assistant

Starting in January 2016, this role is a fixed term contract (12 months) with the opportunity for extension. You will report to the Office Manager and enjoy a varied role including:
• Office Management
• Logistics support
• Human Resource Management
To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• High level English proficiency
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Ability to problem-solve and work without close supervision on routine tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage staff
• Strong commitment to safety and ethical behaviour
• No experience in mining services is required
