Job Description

1. Marketing Duties
• To achieve enrollment targets set by management
• Support reporting officer in the execution of marketing activities to promote assigned programmes and university partners.
• Assist in development and execution of direct marketing initiatives
• Management of Sales Team to pro-actively engage them ensuring alignment of business objectives and sales targets, and working together to achieve optimum enrolment outcomes
• Generate leads for the assigned programmes across different media channels to meet enrolment targets
• Develop online and offline marketing initiatives to ensure optimised reach of target segments
• Plan and execute tactical marketing campaign
• Track and monitor enquiries and/or leads generated to measure success for each campaign
• Analyse available data to evaluate ROI of each marketing effort
• Implement advertising plan and strategies
• Collect market intelligence, conduct market analysis, and understand the marketing channels and costs in each location so as to budget sensibly for each location.
• Manage BTL and production of marketing materials

2. Student outreach and support
• Conceptualise and implement sales and marketing strategies to recruit local students to study aboard with our College and University Partners’ programmes

• Plan and conduct overseas studies marketing activities like: fairs, seminars, college talks, etc.

• Ensure prompt follow-up on sales leads to meet international student enrolment targets

• Attend to students’ queries and feedback via emails, phone calls and face to face interaction

• Handle enrolment-related administrative works

3. Staff Management
• Manage team members and ensure consistency of performance and balanced workflow
• Assist team member in covering or sharing of duties during leave or maternity period.

4. Brand Management
• Manage and ensure all marketing activities and materials produced uphold the brand values including consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
• Key quality controller for all printed collaterals

5. Budget Management
• Manage marketing budget based on set objectives and targets
• Manage and monitor marketing budget allocation against planned marketing activities
• Manage and track all expenditure against approved budgets

Min Education Qualification
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Public Relations or equivalent

Min Years of Experience
3-4 years of experience with proven track records, experience in international study recruitment will be an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Sound marketing and project management experience, preferably with online and digital advertising
• Sound knowledge of CRM
• Experience having worked with cross-functional departments
• Ability to multi-task with high sense of initiative
• Fluent with suite of Microsoft Office applications

Other Requirements
• Independent and dynamic personality
• A local with proficiency in written and spoken English
