Full-Time Head of Customer Service (Foreign Company/5 Working Days/Attractive Salary)
Manage and monitor the overall performance of Customer Service team to achieve the standard customer care procedures of the corporation.
Consolidate and analyze customer feedback to improve company services as a whole
Coach and train Team members on delivering quality services
Propose strategic customer care plane and procedures to Top Management
Review the company operations and services and initiate further improvement by co-operating with other departments
Effective lead the Customer Service Team to improve customer satisfactions.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Service environment
At least 5 years of managerial experience in Managerial level.
Good communication, coaching, planning skills, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
Good command of English and Burmese in speaking and writing
